My specialization is in cognitive behavioral therapy and hypnosis therapy, two of the most scientifically researched forms of psychotherapy. It is based on modern learning theory, which assumes that much of our thinking, feeling, and perception has been learned through our unique life experiences. These learned patterns can become ingrained over time, negatively influencing us and leading to psychological problems.
During therapy, we will explore these behavioral patterns, bring them to light, and use behavioral therapy techniques to change them.
As a behavioral therapist, I accompany each person on their individual journey. Together, as a team, we will work toward achieving your goals and help you rediscover your strength.

Psychotherapy is aimed at treating individuals with psychosocial and psychosomatic conditions. Its goal is to alleviate or eliminate existing symptoms and behaviors in order to support individual development, health, and psychological strength.
